Getting the Other 1973 FJ40 Back Together
Can I send someone a video with on what my 51 model a is doing so I can fix my clutch
36 psi front 12-14 psi rear 8:32 Dry, no loquid in the tire
Its all explained in the Owners Manual. Good reader copies are available everywhere online.
c'est bon avec Bluey et bingo aujourd'hui ça va ? 😀😃
Call the fucking fire department
What antiseize did you use?
Liar liar your house is on fire
all my warning lights came on what did i do wrong
As I’ve seen videos of old houses being burned vs newer homes burning, the well built older home burns a lot longer than the newer homes. The newer homes would have been burned to the ground way before this one would have been fully engulfed.
The vibration is like a impact or air gun
Great vid! what did you use to clean the frame? Did you apply POR-15?
good for you good work
Have the same problem with a straight 6 I'm working on..bores and pistons are nice and shiny....sump cleaned out...still no movement...
Thank you SO SO much for this video. You have no idea how much this helped us today! We really appreciate it. Our old A is back in action 😊
What connector did you use to tap into the rear speakers
The mag does not need to be grounded to the tractor. The mag will fire the points all by itself. The spark plugs need to be grounded to the mag to fire the plugs. I see this is 3 years old so I figure you got it running? Here is why it is not firing. The metal bar that goes through the coil is not making good contact to the mag housing. There is rust on that bar and the surface it sets on in the mag. Clean them surfaces good and clean the clips that hold the coil down and it will fire.
Good video, I am actually in the process of doing the exact same thing right now.
Mantab dan bermampaat sekali
Watching this again a year+ later. I pray my head gasket holds on for 20 more years untill im dead. Im 73 now 🤣 Great presentation 👍👍
Water will enter the transmission through the gear shift lever. At least put a tarp over it. Its earned it. I hope my clutch braring is ok when I pull my clutch. I hope someone greased mine in rhe last 25 years 🤣. Thanks for the teardown.
Good video bro
Mantab berbagi ilmu salam sehat darilombok indonesia
it was still bolted to the bell housing on the transmission wasn't it lmao had that problem on a truck once using a loader tractor
Good video. I agree no cab is preferred by me too at least for now. I jump on and off the tractor so much that opening a door is not worth it- I would have broke glass so many times by now too. Also you are so much more aware of your surroundings and what is really happening to the tractor...
Good material, the JD machinery. Bud your hat is silly
But the house is destroyed
That house is still abandoned but if you fire your house it still abandoned to
You better git that tractor back to the shed before your daddy realizes its gone and he grounds you for life !
What year is your tractor, and how much did it cost new with grapple.
Working with your kids remind me of working with my dad on the farm in Ohio where I was born and raised we had a had an A and B model John Deere tractors great memories
I just ordered a 4060. The dealer doesn't seem too sure about the 3rd function options as far as what to select. So you know that off hand or what your dealer did?
That is great showing the kids how to use tools, but most important you're bonding with the kids. A trick I found for keeping gaskets in place is spray the gasket 3M adhesive on one side and the part the gasket makes contact with. Let it set up for a few minutes. Carefully set your gasket in place and it will be where it is supposed to be when you bolt it together. Very good video! A++
Hey.. Helpful video! My husband was struggling with the starter on his A, and watching you go through your own frustrations here led him to the answer he needed! I can hear that familiar pop pop out there in the field, and he is walking on air right now, happy as can be! It's sort of like having a helpful neighbor that lives about 1,300 miles away.. We appreciate that you took the time to post this. 👍 Thank you!
You need to seed and you well get more then your money worth Jordan
That’s what you get for buying that Chinese machine.
Are you racist why did you burn your house down 💀💀💀💀💀
I'm trying to finish up my install now. I did it in the reverse sequence, and left the power cable for last. Im having a time poking a hole through that grommet with a Phillips screwdriver. It keeps pushing the grommet through the firewall like you mentioned. I gave up for now, I'll go attempt it again in a few hours.
Ok so I ended up making a slice in the grommet from the engine bay. I unbolted the brake fluid reservoir and moved it out of the way. Then I taped the wire to a long zip tie and fed it through.
you skipped over so many parts
The intro is all the info ive been looking for for months. I clearly dont like to read haha
Junk
Jordan, love ya man….you do so much….but….you just gotta get some work boots. Those flip flops are gonna lose you some toes one day. PLEASE! Get some good work boots!!!
I would like to have that 354 Diesel for a project that l am planning. Fergieman
I see several people that have those mini excavators that put two 12 volt fans in the side panels to blow the heat out the back end of the machine.
Hey Jordan- Shouldn’t the water line be 48” deep? If there is an open winter without any snow the frost can go down pretty far.
Have you ever seen Cole the Cornstar channel...he's in Iowa too?
Great to see you again Jordan 🤗
Jordan that was greatthe work was long and the leak in the machine o ring but 800 feet your son getting so big every one digging fertilizing planting corn hay black beans turtle beans planting season won't be so long between video's thank you can't wait for next video.
Iowa - the granite state? Good to see an update! Thanks!
Hey Jordan.. i was thinking.. Being that you may need to chance the oil every 10 or so hours, you should add a hose to the drain plug so that you can access it from below the frame. That way you don't have to remove the back cover every time.
Buying this chineeze garbage is the second wrung on the ladder the Communist Chinese are using to topple AMERICA'S ECONOMY ? Who;s holding the ladder for them ? WAKE UP AMERICA !!
